After a tough week in the Longbridge camp, the ladies weren't feeling or looking like their normal selves throughout the first half. Woodlands took a 2 goal lead in the match but Longbridge had some chances of their own to get a goal back. Although the ladies were having a rough game, they showed how much of a close nit team they are. After some altercations with the Woodlands striker, the ladies came together to back up their team mates. Longbridge came back in the second half and got the scoreline back to 2-2. But with no subs available the team were getting tired which showed as Woodlands put 2 past them towards the end of the half. Although Longbridge had some problems within the team, they showed great heart and why they shouldn't be underestimated this season. The ladies now have a 4 week break due to half term and cup matches. The team will be working hard in training for their next match on 18th November.
